Redfoo of LMFAO!

LMFAO's Redfoo is known for some of the most iconic hits of this century! Sexy & I Know It hit #1 on Billboard's Hot 100 as did Party Rock Anthem, a one-two punch that made music history! But, this hitmaker has another side that's very different from the hilariously raucous party animal persona of his wildly popular music videos. It's a compassionate, thoughtful and spiritual side and the story of how he evolved to become this kind and caring man is absolutely fascinating.
Turns out Redfoo comes from Hollywood royalty. His dad is Berry Gordy, the founder of Motown. Redfoo grew up listening to and watching some of the most talented performers of the 20th Century, as his father signed many legends including: the Supremes, Marvin Gaye, the Temptations, the Four Tops, Gladys Knight & the Pips, the Commodores, Stevie Wonder and the Jackson 5, to name but a few.
When Berry Gordy became ill decades ago, he switched to a vegan diet and it transformed his health. He is now in his nineties, still vegan, and going strong. His son, Redfoo, saw this and was impressed. However, it took his own health scare - while trying a meat-laden Keto diet - to make him realize that eating animals was hurting him. After kicking the meat, his health stats improved so quickly that his doctors were shocked. Then, a series of events made him realize that he didn't want to eat animals for other reasons... he didn't want to hurt them. Along with his partner, Jasmine, Redfoo went vegan. Now, he has a sanctuary on his Los Angeles property and speaks lovingly of the animals he's rescued. Redfoo and Jasmine are also raising their young child vegan. It's a truly inspiring story and you have to hear it from him... because Redfoo really knows how to tell it.
A big thanks to Plant CEO, aka Anant Joshi, our London correspondent, for arranging and pulling off this spectacular interview.
