Just Egg really rocked Expo West! Natural Products Expo West is one of the world's leading trade shows, specializing in the natural, organic, and healthy products industry, It's huge and attracts well over 65,000 attendees. While there were many popular booths, we were impressed by the crush of people at the Just Egg booth, where a master chef was whipping up scrambles and omelets featuring this vegan egg. Just Egg CEO Josh Tetrick was on hand and told us that sales of his product are skyrocketing as bird flu has made chicken eggs much more expensive and, often, hard to find on supermarket shelves. The Just Egg team debuted their latest iteration of this vegan egg that looks and tastes identical to a scrambled chicken egg or omelet.
