The sad fact is that a lot of so-called environmentalists are still not admitting the REALLY INCONVENIENT TRUTH: eating meat is a HUGE contributor to climate change. Going plant-based is the single most impactful thing you can do, as an individual, to help reverse climate change. The New York Times reported, in 2023, on an Oxford University study that showed heavy meat eaters (ie. most Americans) could reduce their greenhouse gas emissions footprint by 75% by switching to a plant-based diet. The article was headlined: "Save the Planet, Put Down that Hamburger." The sub-headine said, "Researchers examined the diets of 55,500 people and found that vegans are responsible for 75 percent less in greenhouse gases than meat-eaters." Armed with this information, the intrepid Jamie Logan talked to passersby and protesters and asked.... So, do you still eat meat?
