Welcome to Los Angeles Climate Week 2026! This year was an absolute blast, proving that fighting for a better climate can be fun!
Plant Based Treaty’s West Hollywood Food Day became one of the week's biggest highlights, drawing thousands to sample delicious vegan food and hear inspiring speakers.
Besties Vegan Paradise—a unique vegan restaurant and grocery store—served as a bustling Climate Hub, hosting a spectacular lineup of events. Famed musician Moby spoke passionately about the crucial need to address the massive role industrialized animal agriculture plays in climate change.
The energy shifted from profound to playful with a wild, wacky, and fun vegan cooking competition where, in true cruelty-free fashion, there were no losers—only winners across various categories!
The excitement spilled into the streets with a dynamic climate march that transformed into spectacular street theater, complete with live music.
Major organizations like the Save Movement, UnchainedTV, and Animal Alliance Network drove the momentum with generous donations from the plant-based meat alternative company Beyond Meat!
Fittingly, both the opening and closing ceremonies at the historic Ebell Theatre on Wilshire Boulevard were entirely plant-based.
With hundreds of events citywide, we couldn't be everywhere—but that is the ultimate sign of LA Climate Week’s massive success. Here is a look at some of the highlights!
