A New York Times article in 2023 entitled, "Save the Planet, Put Down that Hamburger" reported that, "Researchers examined the diets of 55,500 people and found that vegans are responsible for 75 percent less in greenhouse gases than meat-eaters." 75% LESS! Armed with this information, and a lot of other studies that show that animal agriculture is a leading cause of climate change, habitat destruction, wildlife extinction, ocean dead zones, water pollution and drought, comic journalist Jamie Logan hit a New York City Climate march to ask the participants marching to save the planet about their own diets. The results are fascinating!
