Dr. Harsha Atmakuri, General Physician turned animal rights activist is an award-winning documentary filmmaker. When he became vegan, he decided to quit his job to become a full-time animal rights activist and undertook an investigative journey to make the film - Maa Ka Doodh (Mother’s Milk) - which is about India’s dairy industry. Now he has joined forces with Zac Lovas, (Vegan Travel Asia Veg Voyages) and others to create a series of documentaries through their company Empathy Films.
