It's bad enough that 68% of people experience lactose malabsorption, according to the National Institutes of Health. Put another way, 68% of us are allergic to dairy. So, why is the US government pushing cow's milk on school kids? Dotsie Bausch explains that much of that milk is literally poured down the drain, because the kids don't want it.
