The mission of Climax Foods is to use technology to replicate dairy using plants in order to make vegan cheeses that are indistinguishable from animal based cheeses. This is one of the most fascinating developments in the plant-based food sector. Many consider Climax cheeses to be the breakthrough product that will seriously challenge dairy cheeses and, ultimately, make animal-based dairy products obsolete.
