Captain Paul Watson, the world famous anti-whaling activist, has been freed from prison after serving five months behind bars! This is huge victory for environmental activism, human rights and animal rights. And, now, Capt Watson is speaking about what it was like to be held for 150 days due to what the Captain Paul Watson Foundation calls, “…a politically motivated and vengeful case brought on by Japan…” which is escalating its illegal whaling. Captain Watson will be the KEYNOTE SPEAKER at The Vegan Convergence of the Peoples, known as VCOP-20, an alternative to the UN COP climate conferences. He will speak at length on Saturday, January 25th at 8am Pacific/11am Eastern. You can register for this amazing conference here: www.bit.ly/V-COP
Now, let’s get a preview as Captain Watson himself reveals the details of his ordeal to Tami Hay of Million Vegan Grandmothers and UnchainedTV’s Jane Velez-Mitchell.
