Now, she's also launched Vegan Creator Con, an intense, 2-day workshop that's training the next generation of vegan social media activists. The first Vegan Creator Con was held in Los Angeles in the Spring of 2025 and brought together some of the biggest social media influencers to teach up-and-coming vegans how to leverage Instagram, Tik Tok, X, Threads and Facebook... to the max. Bad Ass Vegan John Lewis, bodybuilder Nimai Delgado, Gran Hotel actress Justine Adorno, Kale Krew star Nemanja Golubovic, actor/lawyer/bodybuilder Shaka Smith, visionary creative director Cesar Deleon Ramirez, comedian Tanjareen, RatedV for Vegan's Eunice Reyes and many more. UnchainedTV's Jane Velez-Mitchell offered a packed lecture on how vegans can create television programs. The weekend was eye-opening, jaw-dropping and fun, wrapping up with a group dance that swept through the entire space. There were debates, tears and cheers!
