Texas is going vegan, y'all! Please don't have a cow. Have a Beyond Meat vegan burger instead. They're delish! UnChainedTV's Jane Velez-Mitchell paid a visit to the Rowdy Girl Sanctuary, a former cattle ranch turned vegan sanctuary for farmed animals. The head lady round these parts is Renee King-Sonnen. She's the former country singer who was playing her guitar near the cows and realized how smart and sensitive and loving the animals are. She told her husband Tommy (who also makes an appearance in this video) that the red trailer wasn't going to take any more baby calves away from their mamas. Renee wrote Secret Dairy of a Cattle Rancher's Wife and quietly raised the money to buy out her hubby's herd. Then, she turned him vegan too. What a story! What a recipe!
