Kale is one of the key ingredients for any whole food, plant-based lifestyle. You can put it in smoothies and fry it in the air fryer. But, it's usually consumed as a salad. This kale caesar salad recipe is a yummy way to enjoy this superfood that contains more protein, calorie per calorie, than steak! Kale is a powerhouse that is good for your heart, your digestion and even your eyes because of its full of antioxidants. It also contains anti-inflammatory properties. Like we said, it's a superfood that can get a bad rap because people just don't know how to prepare it. First off... you must strip the kale. That means removing the stems.
