The vegan bodybuilder qualified for the 2026 Mr. Olympia, bodybuilding’s most prestigious competition, after winning the Ben Weider Natural Pro-Am. Competing without animal products or performance-enhancing drugs, Washington has achieved what few athletes in the world ever do. His motto: winning without compromise!
The contest will be held in Las Vegas on from Thursday September 24th -Sunday, September 27th and he wants the support of the vegan, animal loving community to go to Vegas and watch him compete! Sounds like a party! Palms Casino Resort is a hotel at the center of the action, along with the Las Vegan Convention Center.

Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Torre Washington went plant-based in 1998 and never looked back. A natural, steroid-free competitor who has shared the stage at the Arnold Classic, he also coaches athletes. We will meet one of those athletes, Erin Tice.
In late 2025 he won both the Open Masters and Masters 40 classes at the Ben Weider Natural Pro-Am, qualifying him for the 2026 Mr. Olympia — and making him the first vegan, all-natural bodybuilder ever to reach that stage.
