The food looks astounding and much of it mimics traditional meat dishes, like the Al Pastor Taco! Al pastor, tacos al pastor, or tacos de trompo are generally preparated with spit-grilled slices of a pig, a recipe that originated in the Central Mexican region of Puebla and Mexico City.
