Green Party: Ban Animal Factories
29m
Amid the ancient oaks of Walesby Forest, a political shift took center stage at Vegan Camp Out. Green Party leader Zack Polanski delivered a firebrand address alongside Viva! founder Juliet Gellatley, positioning animal liberation not as a single issue, but as a central battleground in the fight against corporate greed, environmental degradation, and corrupt government subsidies. 10-thousand vegans converged on Vegan Camp Out and gave Polanski a rousing cheer!
Fresh off historic local election victories and leading a surging party membership that has tripled under his leadership, the London Assembly member brought the full weight of his political momentum to the stage. Polanski pulled no punches: he demanded an immediate ban on factory farming, advocated for plant-based defaults in public institutions, and called for redirecting government subsidies toward ecological resilience.
Yet, his vision balanced radical policy with practical solidarity, framing small-scale farmers as vital allies rather than adversaries in reversing the biodiversity collapse.
Joined by Gellatley to dissect the stranglehold of billionaire-backed media and crackdowns on protest, Polanski offered a bold prediction: history will judge modern animal exploitation with the same horror reserved for humanity’s darkest chapters. This was a blueprint for systemic disruption and compassionate governance.
