Paula Moncrief is Mercy for Animals' US Investigations Manager. That means she has to review thousands of hours of the worst cruelty inflicted on animals in factory farms. How does she do it? Paula talked about it at Charlie's Acres Farm Animal Sanctuary, spending time with cows, pigs and other animals rescued from the horrors of industrialized agriculture. She explains how seeing happy, healthy animals who are enjoying life, rejuvenates her and she explains why the job she does is so important. Along with reviewing and documenting cruelty, Paula also provides support for the undercover investigators risking everything to show the American public what is really happening inside factory farms, a reality the animal agriculture industry does not want the public to see.
