Laricia Chandler Baker, known as Chef Fab, is an American entrepreneur, businesswoman, and chef. A self-taught fashion designer and chef, she was born and raised in Chicago and opened the first Can’t Believe It’s Not Meat in Hyde Park in 2019. The restaurant quickly gained popularity, garnering more than 30,000 followers in less than a year.
