Free Happy is the short but powerful film about the epic battle to get legal rights for an elephant named Happy, who was kidnapped from the wild and has been held captive at a zoo for decades. The ironically named Happy is at the center of a legal battle for some kind of personhood for animals in the court of law. Right now, animals are considered property and humans can do pretty much whatever they want with their property. But, these are not cans or cars, these are living, breaking, feeling beings with hearts, eyes, ears and families. Watch this 3 minute epic and open your eyes to the cause of human evolution through animal liberation. For more, visit https://www.nonhumanrights.org
