Brandon Jenner plays sous-chef as his wife Cayley takes the head chef role to heart. Together, they whip up a tour de force pasta dish. They chop up shallots, mushrooms, Swiss chard, Field Roast Italian garlic & fennel plant-based sausages, and garlic. Brandon looks a tad alarmed as his normally gentle wife ferociously smashes the garlic. The pasta is made from garbanzo beans. The brand is Banza. Final touches include straight-from-the-garden seasonings including thyme. A touch of lemon juice, a dash of pine nuts, and voila! This is a spectacular, guilt-free pasta dish!
Brandon reveals that it was seeing the award-winning documentary Forks Over Knives that turned him plant-based and he's never looked back. "I had more energy, I felt lighter, I just felt like I was thriving."
By the way, Forks Over Knives is also streaming here on UnchainedTV and we invite you to follow Brandon's lead and watch it:
