Miami is also home to one of the nation's premiere vegan bakeries, L'Artisane Bakery & Bistro in Coral Gables. Each croissant, macaron and pastry dish is a handcrafted masterpiece, almost too beautiful to eat....ALMOST. And, to top it off, there's fabo vegan soft serve at PEEL Soft Serve in Miami Shores. Yum... and those toppings. My gosh. Watch and you will find yourself wanting to book a flight... unless you're lucky enough to live in Miami already.
